To ensure the highest safety and purity standards, Richter is now manufacturing conductive PFA and FDA-compliant models for its series of valves and pumps.
The PFA and FDA-compliant models include the company’s ball valves, control valves, sight glasses, safety valves, check valves, manual control valves, sampling valves, and magnetic coupling pumps. Richter also reported its new butterfly valves comply with these standards.
PFA-L is a high-performance plastic with exceptional chemical resistance, high thermal stability, and non-stick properties. It contributes to safety by dissipating static electricity, thus preventing the risk of sparks or explosions caused by electrostatic discharges.
FDA compliance ensures the materials and products meet the strict requirements of the US Food and Drug Administration. This is particularly important for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, as the highest safety and purity standards are required.
Additionally, the Richter units are certified according to the latest TA Luft (Technical Instructions on Air Quality Control). This ensures the valves and pumps meet strict emission limits, contributing to environmental and human health protection.
