Red Valve Company, Inc., a valve manufacturing company, welcomes Lynn Richards as the new Inside Sales and Customer Support Manager. Lynn was employed for almost 27 years as Business Development Manager at Development Dimensions International, Inc. While there she managed her team of global sales representatives to generate more than $15 million in sales yearly while maintaining profitability. Now at Red Valve, she manages a team of sales and administrative professionals who cover global sales and customer support while working with the executive team on strategies, process improvements, structure and a world class vision for the organization.
