The Quick Clamp Sanitary Adapter provides operators in a number of industries an effective solution to isolate flow without significant product loss in emergencies.
The unit is designed for the food & beverage, alcohol, pharmaceutical, and dairy processor segments and is available from 2” to 3” to accommodate a variety of sanitary liquid/storage silos. All models feature dual clamping arms with independent lobe-driven racks, allowing precise pressure control on the mating flange. This provides operators greater control during deployment and ensures strong, leak-free connections.
Among the many benefits, an adapter lever handle has a lobe mechanism to evenly actuate the clamp arms smoothly. This enables precise engagement with minimal effort, even under demanding flow conditions. Additionally, a machined self-centering flange automatically aligns with standard sanitary outlets during deployment. As a result, it aids in maintaining both radial and axial misalignment, and streamlines installation under pressure while ensuring consistent gasket alignment for a reliable sanitary seal.
