Proserv set to expand

Proserv has created a new platform for robust and sustainable growth after restructuring its business into a fully integrated global organisation with a new company brand and fresh strategic focus. The new organisation, with global headquarters located in Westhill, Aberdeen, UK, brings together five respected and successful companies under the new Proserv brand.
The five businesses now known as Proserv were: Proserv Technology, a provider of Instrumentation and Calibration, Oil and Gas Sampling and Automation and Controls products and services; Proserv Offshore, a specialist of Inspection, Repair and Decommissioning services; Hydrafit Subsea, a dedicated designer, manufacturer and servicer of subsea production equipment; Gilmore Valve, a valve designer and manufacturer specialising in high-pressure, high-performance hydraulic valve solutions for the drilling, production and subsea markets; and Argus Subsea, a company focused on the design, manufacture and delivery of subsea trees suitable for marginal-field developments and fast-tracked projects.
