PJ Valves wins Queen’s Award for Enterprise

PJ Valves (PJV), the specialist manufacturer and supplier of valves for the global energy industry, with offices in Houston, USA, Hertford, UK and Singapore, has been selected to receive the Queen’s Award for Enterprise – International Trade, in recognition of its overseas growth and export strategy. The company operates globally with 85 per cent of its international trade with North America and Asia Pacific.

Announced annually in April, the awards honour outstanding achievements in international trade, innovation and sustainable development by UK companies. PJV’s innovative approach to valve supply and its US growth against the backdrop of the oil downturn were key factors in its award win.

Dan Munro, Group Managing Director at PJV, says: “We’re tremendously proud to receive the Queen’s Award for Enterprise. This highly regarded honor not only recognizes the hard work of our global teams, but reinforces our customer first strategy.”
