Parker extends proportional control valve series

Parker Hannifin, the motion and control technologies specialist, has extended its range of pilot proportional directional control valves with integrated digital electronics with the new D*1FC series. This facilitates high-precision and economic control in many demanding applications.

Parker’s new D*1FC proportional directional control valve is available in four nominal sizes, NG10, NG16, NG25, and NG32. It allows volume flow of up to 1,000l per minute at a differential pressure of 5 bar per control edge. It offers very good repeatability and high load stiffness and stability and its progressive flow rate characteristics make it suitable for demanding open loop applications.

The D*1FC series has an efficient and robust mechanical design. The pilot valve is based on the tried and tested Parker D1FB with spool/sleeve design and guarantees high-precision pilot control. Centre position monitoring and energy saving designs with A-regeneration are available. The new D*1FC is also available as a hybrid version that can switch between regenerative mode and standard mode at any time. It is equipped with a modern, high-definition LVDT that considerably improves the position accuracy.

The digital electronics open up new possibilities when adapting to individual applications. Parameters can be accessed easily with the support of the free Parker ProPxD software.
