Neway Valve successfully executed a fire safety evacuation drill during Fire Safety Month to strengthen employees’ emergency preparedness, life-saving skills, and test the efficacy of its emergency response framework.
The program served as a practical assessment of emergency response skills. It fostered a resilient working environment, and proved to be a component of sustainable, high-quality development.
The drill simulated a realistic emergency scenario. Upon activation of the alarm, employees promptly followed formal emergency protocols and personnel efficiently assembled at designated safe zones.
A key component was the practical rescue operation, which demonstrated seamless inter-departmental coordination. Security secured all access points to prevent unauthorized entry and its Firefighting Team extinguished simulated blazes. Complementing these initiatives were deployed certified first responders across all manufacturing facilities.
