ExxonMobil is developing a new office campus in north Houston. The complex will house most employees working in the corporation’s various locations in the Houston area, including upstream head office and the ExxonMobil Chemical Company. The campus, to be located on a 385 acre wooded site near the intersection of Hardy Toll Road and I-45, will contain a laboratory, training and conference centers, multiple low-rise office buildings, and employee amenities such as a wellness centre and child care. The move will be in phases as buildings are completed, with full occupancy for Houston-based employees expected by 2015.
