New air valve for seawater from CSA

CSA released a new air valve for seawater, GOLIA SAF 2507, entirely produced in Super Duplex SAF 2507.

This air valve is an excellent choice for marine environment as it is capable of avoiding pitting and crevice corrosion, and can withstand high temperatures. GOLIA SAF 2507 is available as a standard three-function air valve, and can be provided with the antihammer system using both RFP and AS technology.

Rapid filling preventer (RFP) is needed to prevent overpressure in case of rapid filling while anti-shock (AS) is recommended near pumps or in critical locations where column separation may occur.
