Müller Quadax Four-offset Design Top Entry Valve

Müller Quadax is proud to be the only torque seated butterfly manufacturer which offers a four-offset design top entry valve. Leading the way in valve technology and innovation, this unique valve came from the need in the market for a safe and reliable process valve which allows a user to weld the body in-line and still perform periodical maintenance. Listening to the issues users have when utilizing ‘side entry’ design three offset valves by having to pull through an inlet positioned away from the disc or, worse yet, maintenance personnel climbing into piping system to do maintenance.

The innovative design engineers at Quadax went to work to design a safe product where the disc and stem can be removed from the top of the valve safely while also incorporating the reliability of the QUADAX® four-offset valve which has been tested time and again for endurance and performance. The four-offset design provides a completely round seat/ seal geometry and materials selected to allow uniform expansion during temperature fluctuations. The QUADAX® Top Entry 4-offset design has passed both critical cryogenic testing to BS 6364 and endurance testing to EN 12567 passing with incredible results for both zero-leakage & zero fugitive emissions.
