Misumi USA has announced that it has expanded its range of linear actuators, designed for use in industrial machinery and automation systems, to include a series of pneumatic module units (linear guides), as well as additional models in its manually operated KU Series of linear actuators.
The additions to the KU Series of manually operated linear actuators feature manual control for simple jig positioning, as well as a handwheel drive with trapezoidal lead screws. Misumi’s MA series of linear guides enable pneumatically driven end-point positioning for simple transfers. Additionally, Misumi says that design engineers can use its online technical calculation software and 3D and 2D CAD data for single axis actuator selection guidelines.
