Midwest Energy Emissions Corp. ( ME2C) has appointed Alan Kelley as President and Chief Operating Officer effective November 1st. Kelley replaces Richard MacPherson, who will move to the position of senior vice president of Strategic Initiatives and will continue as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Kelley previously was President and CEO of Grand Bahama Power Co. Before that, he held several positions with Ameren, including Chairman, President and CEO of Ameren’s deregulated generating company.
