McDermott elects new board of director member

McDermott International has appointed Mr. Gary P. Luquette as the new non-executive chairman of the board of directors. His new role will begin on May 6.

Mr. Luquette has served on the board since October 2013 after retiring from his position as president of Chevron North America Exploration and Production in September 2013 after 35 years. He is replacing Mr. D. Bradely McWilliams who is retiring from the board after 11 years.

Mr. David Dickson, president and CEO of McDermott has stated, “I would like to thank Mr. McWilliams for his leadership and many valuable contributions to the Company over the past eleven years. I look forward to working with Mr. Luquette closely to leverage his extensive managerial and operational experience in upstream oil and gas.”
