Marshall Excelsior acquires BASE Engineering

Marshall Excelsior Company, a Harbour Group company, has acquired BASE Engineering, Inc., announced recently by Jeff Fox, Harbour Group’s Chairman and Chief Executive. 

Marshall Excelsior is a designer, manufacturer and supplier of engineered flow control products, such as valves, fittings and adapters, used in the transportation, storage and consumption of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and liquefied anhydrous ammonia (NH3). 

Since its founding in New Brunswick, Canada in 1996, BASE has designed and manufactured remote, automated emergency shutdown and operational controls for the LPG and refined fuels industries. The company sells its products in North America, Europe and Australia.
