Kuhnke 63.1V valve for process technology

For the growing expectations for reliability and energy efficiency in plant construction Kendrion Kuhnke Automation has introduced the Kuhnke 63.1V standard valve, based on the proven and compact 63.1 valve series. The 63.1V was specially developed as a pilot valve for the requirements of process technology.
Pneumatically operated process valves are often equipped with control units, which communicate with fieldbus systems over long distances in the plant. These integrate pilot valves that actuate the process valve via a pneumatic actuator. For widely spread distribution in the plant, low energy consumption is desirable. With a power consumption of less than 1 Watt, the 63.1V can even cover a wide pressure range of 2 to 8 bar.
270 l/min flow ensures a quick activation of the actuator. The service life of at least 50 million switching cycles has already proven itself in many applications, which means that the valve meets the requirements for low-maintenance and trouble-free technology as a reliable centerpiece in the control head of process valves. Due to its compact size with 15mm wide flange housing, each manifold block of a control head can be easily adapted to the valve, even in confined spaces.
