KKI awarded Norwegian valves contract

Koso Kent Introl (KKI), a valve manufacturer with offices in the United States, has been awarded a contract by Statoil/Aker Solutions to supply all control and choke valves to one of the largest ever discoveries on the Norwegian Continental Shelf – the Johan Sverdrup offshore oil field. More than 400 valves will be manufactured and delivered over a three-year period. The order comes as a result of KKI re-securing a long-term frame agreement with Statoil until at least 2020, with further options to extend to 2026.
