John Brooks Company (JBC), the leading experts in fluid handling technology, announced the retirement of President Gord Bell after a highly successful tenure and more than four decades of distinguished John Brooks Company service. Also announced is the immediate appointment of Co-CEO’s Ryan Minkhorst and Cory Minkhorst, industry veterans who plan on continuing to propel this fourth-generation family business into the future.
Bell’s proven track record of success at John Brooks Company dates back 40 years to when he first joined as Accounting Manager, subsequently moving into a Controller position before pivoting into sales and leading the Industrial division through a period of significant growth. As President since 2012, Bell led the charge in vendor partnerships, acquisitions, and achieving substantial revenue growth. Bell will serve on the company’s Advisory Board following his retirement as part of a long-term succession plan to ensure a seamless transition for team members, customers, and partners.
