Imperial explosion isolation valves ATEX certified

Imperial Systems, based out of Jackson Center, Pennsylvania, has announced that its explosion isolation valves have received ATEX certification. Combustible dust is a major concern for many industries, including metal working, grain, woodworking, plastics, pharmaceuticals and recycling.

The installation of an explosion isolation valve device on all suction side ducts that transport material with a Kst value above zero is an NFPA requirement. Imperial Systems’ Explosion Isolation Valve is constructed of heavy duty steel that provides maximum protection to their customer’s air filtration process.
