Hernon redesigns its dispensing valve system

Florida-based Hernon Manufacturing, makers of high performance sealants and adhesives and the associated dispensing and curing equipment, recently announced that they have redesigned their Sureshot 3500 dispensing valve system to enable end users to make repairs directly.

The Sureshot 3500 is a non-contact jet transfer valve system for dispensing minute quantities of sealants and adhesives with great precision during a manufacturing process. The sealants and adhesives used with this system are often cured using exposure to UV light. This improvement is designed to eliminate the risk of UV exposure for sealants and adhesives within the dispensing tip of the valve system and is expected to eliminate a majority of the previous maintenance and cleaning requirements.
