The GEMÜ D41 diaphragm valve is part of the company’s new product generation and features its EasyLock technology, designed to provide end users with quick maintenance, simplified handling, and even diaphragm compression for the aseptic manufacturing sector.
The valve’s sealing concept is based on a newly developed diaphragm, which hermetically separates the actuator from the working medium. The actuator is fixed to the body with a bayonet fitting and centrally tensioned via the gearbox. As a result, actuator mounting, disassembly, and diaphragm replacement is made easier.
The body design is lightweight and ensures homogeneous flow characteristics to achieve up to 100% higher Kv values.
