The Flowserve Certified Service Center (CSC) — the first of its kind in Egypt — opened in the first half of 2020, and enables customers to keep their flow control equipment and plants operating at peak conditions. Flowserve’s unique arrangement with Valves Engineering Co. (VEC) in Badr City provides support when customers need it for time-sensitive parts or repairs, reliability-based upgrades or in-depth engineering analysis.
The valve and automation technicians and engineers at VEC are available to help customers maximize plant uptime and profitability. As a Flowserve-certified service center, VEC is an independent Egyptian company with a team trained, audited and certified to execute repairs of Flowserve products with the same levels of quality and performance as a Flowserve wholly owned repair center.
