Flowserve appoints interim CFO

Flowserve Corporation, a leading provider of flow control products and services for the global infrastructure markets, which is headquartered in Texas, has announced that John E. (Jay) Roueche III, Flowserve’s Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer, will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.

Roueche’s appointment follows Karyn Ovelmen’s departure from the company as Executive Vice President and CFO. Flowserve will initiate a search to identify a permanent CFO under incoming President and Chief Executive Officer Scott Rowe’s direction.
