Flowrox has opened its sixth subsidiary, named Flowrox Spa, in Santiago, Chile. The opening ceremony was held April 24, 2018. Mr. Mika Markus Leinonen, Ambassador of Finland in Chile attended the event.
Flowrox has already operated in the region for 20 years, supporting customers through the local company Larox. In 2010 it suspended operations, but re-established a presence in South America in 2016 by appointing an area sales manager. The company said that the importance of business development on the continent led to the decision to found the subsidiary.
The establishment of Flowrox Spa is part of the plan for long-term business development throughout South America and is a part of the effort to expand Flowrox’s global market. The company says that it will now be able to significantly improve its close customer support and accelerate the availability of components and service.
