Ferguson Enterprises recently announced the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Redlon & Johnson Supply, a division of The Gage Co. Ferguson will operate from the former R&J locations as Redlon & Johnson, a Ferguson enterprise.
Redlon & Johnson is a leading New England distributor of plumbing, heating, cooling, water system, pipe, valves, fittings and industrial products. The company is headquartered in Portland, Maine, and has 10 locations throughout Maine and New Hampshire.
Redlon & Johnson is the 10th acquisition Ferguson has closed this fiscal year; previous acquisitions include waterworks, plumbing and HVAC companies. The company said it will continue to look for acquisitions that integrate seamlessly with its core businesses.
