MRC Global Inc. recently announced that its subsidiary, MRC Global (US) Inc., has signed an agreement to be the primary global provider of valve and valve products and services to ExxonMobil.
The agreement includes all of ExxonMobil’s global projects and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO). Initial implementation focused on the downstream US business unit, followed by the European Union and, the most recently added, Asia Pacific region.
MRC Global has supported ExxonMobil with various products and services for more than 30 years around the world in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.
