Expanding the valve gate technology product line released in 2015, Missouri-based Husky has now presented its Ultra Helix 350 valve gate. This new series of nozzles is designed to provide more options for creating a wider range of applications and to produce better quality parts.
Husky says the company conducted extensive research to understand the fundamentals of valve gate dynamics, materials, wear and gate quality while developing this nozzle. Additionally, Ultra Helix nozzles aim to eliminate mechanical wear on the valve stems and cavity steel.
