Equilibar has launched the IC Series, an Industrial Collection of valves for back pressure, vacuum, and flow control applications with high throughput.
Featuring its dome-loaded multiple-orifice technology, the valves and regulators are engineered to provide reliable performance in a compact size. They are easily customized for a variety of applications. Additionally, they are well suited for demanding gas, liquid, and mixed phase fluid applications involving high Valve Flow Coefficient (Cv).
The IC Series enable drop-in replacement of underperforming valves and come standard with a dual certified CF3M/1.4409 stainless steel body. Hastelloy and most nickel-based alloy are available as an option.
A supple diaphragm is the Equilibar regulator’s only moving part and enables frictionless operation. Since the regulator is dome-loaded, it provides reliably stable pressure control and the multiple orifice design results in an ultra-wide flow range. Port sizes are available from 1.5″ to 3″ with custom sizes available on request.
