Emerson’s new addition to the GO™ Switch product line

The latest addition to Emerson’s GO™ Switch product family is Model 7J, a compact proximity sensor with an integral junction box. There is no need to purchase an additional junction box. This added flexibility will help end-users replace troublesome mechanical limit switches at a reduced cost. The compact design gives the user the ability to install the sensor in areas where there are space constraints or where precision sensing is required, i.e., short stroking valves. The product is available with NEC and IEC hazardous area classifications and is available with imperial or metric threads.
All GO Switches are engineered to meet harsh environment applications while offering the highest reliability. This new model is designed to operate in the process industries such as oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, power generation, pulp and paper, food and beverage and power generation.
