Emerson expands capabilities in Pasadena, Texas

Automation solutions provider, Emerson, recently moved its service center in Pasadena, Texas into a larger facility to expand its local manufacturing and assembly capabilities. The expansion is in direct response to requests from customers to provide even quicker delivery and more customization of Emerson technologies, according to the company. The Service Center houses service, design, manufacturing and assembly operations for measurement technologies, which allows for same or next day manufacturing.

Specific process measurement products which can now be manufactured or assembled at the Pasadena facility include Rosemount thermocouples, thermowells and temperature sensors. Local manufacturing capabilities also encompass pressure, temperature and level transmitters—along with the related components required to make these measurements, such as impulse lines for pressure transmitters. Emerson technicians can also perform calibration at the Pasadena service center, so customers can quickly receive a complete process measurement system ready for installation and use.
