DXP Enterprises Inc. has acquired Triangle Pump & Equipment Inc. with signing of the agreement taking place early November.
Sales and EBITDA for the last twelve months ending June 30, 2025, were approximately $15.1 million and $2.4 million, respectively. DXP funded the acquisition with cash from the balance sheet.
Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Ridgefield, Washington, Triangle Pump & Equipment Inc. is a manufacturer representative and distributor of pumps and process equipment in the water and wastewater industry. The company serves industrial applications and aftermarket service and repair.
