The Beswick miniature RVD series pressure relief valve is ideal for applications requiring a small relief valve which can be set to open at pressures up to 40 psig (2.8 bar). Maximum supply pressure is 80 psig (5.5 bar). Inlet and outlet ports are 10-32 UNF internal. The RVD can be ordered in 303 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, brass, or aluminum.
The relief valve remains closed until the upstream pressure reaches the desired set pressure. The valve will crack open when the inlet pressure reaches the set pressure. The valve will open by a greater amount if the overpressure increases.
