Danfoss introduces NovoCon S digital actuator

Danfoss, a leading manufacturer of high-efficiency electronic and mechanical components and controls for industrial and water systems, heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration has recently introduced the new NovoCon® S Digital Actuator, during the 2016 AHR Expo in Orlando, Fla.

Ideal for installation in fan coil units, chilled ceilings, air handling units, VAV boxes, induction units, and baseboards, the intelligent, 4-in-1 NovoCon S digital actuator is a motorized, modulating digital actuator that combines the functionalities of a digital actuator, bus communication device, flow indicator and data logger. The digital actuator is engineered to fit onto the Danfoss AB-QMpressure independent control valve to provide precise control and communication between a hydronic system and a building automation system. The AB-QM is ideal for large buildings like offices, universities, hospitals, and buildings where accurate temperature control is critical, such as laboratories and research facilities.
