Curtiss-Wright signs contract with Boeing

Curtiss-Wright Corporation has been selected by The Boeing Company to provide emergent and specialty production support for the final assembly and delivery of the 787 Dreamliner in South Carolina. Under the contract, Curtiss-Wright’s Motion Control segment’s facility in Shelby, NC, and the Metal Treatment segment of Curtiss-Wright, together will provide emergent and specialty production of components including proprietary motion control products including actuators, and metal treatment services to Boeing’s 787 final assembly facility in South Carolina on a 24 hours a day, seven days a week basis.
