STATS Group has appointed Vince Kolbuck (left) to Global Engineering Manager in Houston, Texas, U.S. and Adam Morrice to Legal and Compliance Director in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
Morrice most recently served as Head of Legal at Trojan Energy and Legal & Contracts Manager with Expro. In his new role, he will lead the renewal of STATS’ legal, contract, risk, and compliance functions, working closely with global and regional leadership teams on contractual oversight, regulatory compliance, policy development and strategy.
Kolbuck joins the company with 30 years of experience in midstream pipeline operations, tank terminals, engineering and construction. His new position includes working with engineering teams, as well as ensuring strategic alignment of regional and global priorities to meet clients’ needs.
