Columbia Gas to invest $1M in pipeline project

Columbia Gas has invested USD $1 million in Bradford, Pennsylvania’s infrastructure replacement project. To ensure the delivery of safe, reliable and efficient natural gas, more than 6,900 feet of underground pipe will be replaced along Sullivan Road and Interstate Parkway.

Columbia Gas invested nearly USD $1.35 billion in the modernization and expansion of its distribution system in Pennsylvania. Of that amount, approximately USD $1 billion was dedicated to replacing 826 miles of priority pipe. In 2017, Columbia Gas will invest approximately USD $260 million in Pennsylvania, with more than USD $200 million being invested to upgrade aging underground infrastructure.
