Cla-Val has recently appointed John Link as President and Chief Executive Officer and Ryan Pickett to Chief Operating Officer. The roles are effective as of January 1, 2026.
Link is a 35-year veteran of Cla-Val and is instrumental in driving domestic and international growth. He primarily managed sales and engineering-related activities, and his extensive experience has been key to the company’s presence worldwide.
Pickett was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, bringing 15 years of operational expertise to the role. He has been recognized for his organizational skills and strategic vision in guiding the company’s operational growth initiatives.
The executive management team also includes David Koeblitz as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Hugo Van Buel as Executive Vice President of European Operations.
