CIRCOR International has appointed Saif Siddiqui to Chief Executive Officer. Siddiqui succeeds Tony Najjar who transitioned to the role of Vice Chairman of CIRCOR’s Board of Directors. The transition reflects the board’s continued focus on long-term value creation and the next phase of the company’s growth.
Siddiqui possesses vast experience driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and portfolio transformation across multinational industrial businesses. He most recently served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Carrier Global Corp.
Najjar served as President and CEO for CIRCOR from August 2022 through January 2026 and has been with the company since 2015. He was appointed to CEO after serving as COO and acting CEO earlier that year. Since joining CIRCOR, Najjar has held several senior leadership roles, including Vice President positions spanning sales, marketing, and operations, and President of the Aerospace and Defense Group.
