Asahi introduces 3” PVC wafer check valves

Asahi/America launched a new 3” PVC wafer check valve. Wafer check valves are installed on the discharge side of pumps in applications such as aquariums, water attractions, water treatment and municipalities to prevent back-flow flooding that could damage pump systems.

AAR approves Kelso’s high-flow pressure relief valve

The Association of American Railroads (AAR) has approved Kelso's new JS165H high-flow pressure relief valve (PRV) for commercial applications after completing its required two-year field trial.The JS165H has been designed for use on general service rail tank cars carrying hazardous and non-hazardous non-flammable chemicals that require a pressure specification of 165PSI.

Cashco introduces new self-loading regulator valve

Cashco introduced its new SLR-1 and SLR-2 Self-Loading Regulator valves for pressure regulation. Formerly marketed by Kaye MacDonald prior to its acquisition by Cashco in 1999, both valves have since been improved and updated.

New Victaulic gasket for maritime industry

Victaulic, the manufacturer of mechanical pipe-joining systems, has developed a new nitrile gasket for the maritime industry. The Grade T 'Type A' gasket, designed for use with specific Victaulic couplings and flange adapters, simplifies gasket specification and offers superior fire-resistant performance.

Explosion-proof valves from HAWE Hydraulik

HAWE Hydraulik, Munich, offers specially certified valves to meet the particular requirements of explosive environments. In addition to their approval according to the European ATEX directives and the international IECEx formula, these valves now also carry a certificate that complies with the American NEC 500, Class 2, Division 1, standard.
