Pentair, a global provider of water flow and energy solutions with a US branch in Minnesota, has announced the launch of the Fence End Row Control, a switch box designed to easily turn on and off up to two valves at the same time.
B&W awarded waste-to-energy contract
Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises Inc. (B&W), headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, recently announced that its subsidiary, Babcock & Wilcox Vølund A/S, has been awarded a contract for more than USD $90 million to design, manufacture and build a waste-to-energy power plant near Haresfield, Gloucestershire, U.K.
The project scope includes the plant’s combustion system and air-cooled DynaGrate, piping, valves and air systems, fuel handling equipment, steam boiler island, steam turbine-generator, water treatment system, burners and other plant equipment.
