FCX Performance, Inc. (FCX), a global valve manufacturer based in Columbus, Ohio, recently announced the appointment of Thomas Cox as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Cox, who became a Director of the company earlier this year, will continue to serve on FCX’s board of directors.

The Product Design Assessment (PDA) certificate, number 15-HS1373638-PDA, issued through the American Bureau of Shipping along with Type Approval certificate, number LA2948597-X, demonstrates that BuTech valves are safe to use in offshore applications on a variety of ABS-classed vessels and offshore equipment and systems.

Pentair, with branches in North and South America, is set to ask shareholders to appoint Trian Fund Management LP (Trian) Chief Investment Officer, Ed Garden, to its Board of Directors.
