Chevron’s Chairman and CEO Appointed Chairman of API Board of Directors

The American Petroleum Institute (API) announced that Chevron Chairman and CEO Mike Wirth will serve as chairman of API’s Board of Directors for a two-year term. Wirth, who was elected chairman, effective January 1, 2022, succeeds Phillips 66 Chairman and CEO Greg Garland, who will remain a member of API’s Executive Committee.

Schlumberger recently announced the inauguration of its latest manufacturing center in King Salman Energy Park (SPARK), supporting Saudi Aramco’s In-Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) program to promote economic growth.
