Brazilian market expanding rapidly

Until recently, the handling of procurement for project and plant implementation was limited due to the lack of full line distribution companies in Brazil. End users and EPC companies were forced to query numerous vendors in order to satisfy the projects’ material requirements. But business in Brazil has changed dramatically, with more and larger projects being undertaken daily.  Thus, the old methodology has become cumbersome and expensive.  With current projects requiring large volumes of pipe, fittings, valves and actuation, the need for a central distributor became apparent, and in 2009 Triple M/Brazil opened its doors to offer project managers an alternative to seeking out dozens of sources one at a time.  Located in Votorantim, Triple M carries many well known brands of actuation, fittings, pipe and valves from a host of global suppliers and manufacturers like Lockwood International and IPPG. Triple M also manufacturers the Mack Valve resilient seated butterfly valve in Votorantim, and all products shipped from Triple M are tested and certified including all traceability reports.
