Bill Korda joins Hunt Valve’s Engineering Team

Hunt Valve, a fluid power engineering company based in Salem, Ohio, and specializing in severe-duty valves and components, has hired Bill Korda to join its Engineering Support Team as a Drafter. Korda will use his engineering background and experience in machining and assembly to help the company develop more efficient and innovative products.

Prior to joining Hunt Valve, Korda worked as an Assembly Supervisor. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Kent State University and is completing coursework for his Bachelor’s in Engineering Technology at Kent State.

Korda currently supports the Engineering, Inspection and Assembly Departments at Hunt Valve. He is involved in many facets of the company’s extensive documentation and traceability programs, including assembly layouts and 3-D modeling, inspection reports and designing test fixtures for the Assembly Department.
