APR Energy awarded Mexico gas-turbine contract

 
 
 
Temporary power solution provider, APR Energy PLC has been awarded a 100 megawatt contract from Tractebel Energia de Monterrey, S. de R.L. de C.V., a unit of electrical utility with operations in Mexico, IPR-GDF Suez. Though the value of the deal has not been release, the company has said that the contract is for technical support at the Monterrey Cogeneration facility in Nuevo Leon and for the deployment of gas turbines.
 
 
APR Energy also announced that is has been awarded a contract for 120MW of diesel generation units from Electric Authority of Cyprus.
 
APR is a provider of fast-track energy solutions which includes the construction of emergency backup electricity solutions for outage situations and services in emerging markets.
