American Valve and Hydrant has announced a president. Dave Stephens was promoted to president, a “significant” milestone in the company’s journey.
Stephens has been with the company since Feb. 1999, when he started as a Third Class Machine Operator. Through his “unwavering” commitment and “exceptional” skill set, he has risen to various roles and shown his ability to address challenges with innovative solutions and drive substantial results.
Early on in career at the company, Stephens demonstrated his potential and passion by advancing to production control manager. His exemplary performance and strategic insight led to his appointment to manufacturing director, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing operation efficiencies and fostering a culture of excellence.
