Air-operated shut off and needle valves

CPV Manufacturing Inc.’s FloMaster air-operated shut off and needle valves have achieved wide use in gas filling plants, the military and general industry. The valve enables remote control of high capacity gases or liquids to 6000psi/413bar with temperatures ranging from -20F to 225F. Plus, FloMaster valves can be made fully functional with actuation pressures under 100psi/7bar.
All FloMaster valves are designed with the rugged soft-seat that CPV pioneered. To assure accessibility, FloMaster valves offer flat faced union connections for “slip in-slip out” installation. Once installed, CPV’s exclusive O-Seal System makes sure the connections remain leak-proof. The FloMaster valve is cartridge designed so that inspection and repair at regular maintenance periods requires minimum downtime.
