With a diameter of 50 to 900mm, Nitrile seats and a hard rubber-lined cast body that prevents corrosion from salt water, the Crane valve was commissioned for use in a high profile, crude-oil pipeline project in Abu Dhabi where a fire-extinguishing system using seawater was imperative to the completion and success of the project.
