Addition to Fluor’s board of directors

It has been announced that Matthew K. Rose has been elected to Fluor’s board of directors. The position will become effective on April 30, 2014.
 

For the past 11 years Mr. Rose has served as the executive chairman for the BNSF Railway Company. Previous to that he was the company’s chief executive officer for 13 years. He is also a director on several boards including AT&T, the Association of American Railroads, the Federal Reserve Bank Dallas and the US Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Rose also serves as an active member of the Business Roundtable and The Business Council and as a trustee for Texas Christian University and the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research.
