A&B Valve and Piping Systems opens new location

A&B Valve and Piping Systems, LLC has announced the opening of its newest location in Pecos, Texas, and the expansion of its business to include service and repair and valve actuation and automation. The Pecos office will grow the company’s footprint to seven locations throughout Texas and Louisiana, and the addition of its two new business units will allow A&B Valve and Piping Systems to provide comprehensive service to its customers in the energy industry.

A major hub for its Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) customer base, the Pecos office is a natural extension of the company’s operational presence. With more than 15 full-time employees currently working in West Texas, the company plans to double the size of its regional team in the coming months.

“Providing the highest level of service to the oil and gas, petrochemical, power and other industrial industries remains A&B’s top priority,” said Will Vasek, vice president of West Texas operations for A&B Valve and Piping Systems. “Being physically located near our customers ensures we are able to meet their needs efficiently and effectively.”

With the introduction of valve actuation and automation, the company continues to strengthen its offerings to its customers. The new service division enables A&B Valve and Piping Systems to provide in-line repair directly on a customer’s site, significantly reducing the overall time required for service.

The Pecos office, located at 2896 State Highway 17, will officially open for business on Monday, July 2. The service and repair and valve actuation and automation divisions will be operational in early July at a new facility approx. 1.5 miles from the existing A&B Valve and Piping Systems branch in Odessa, Texas.
