A&B acquired by veterans Poarch & Swinbank

Don Poarch and Joe Swinbank, co-founders of the Sprint Companies, recently announced their acquisition of A&B Valve and Piping Systems, LLC (A&B). Under their leadership, A&B will build on its current offerings to further serve the needs of the energy industry and strengthen A&B’s offerings throughout Texas and Louisiana.

A&B Valve and Piping Systems is a leading supplier of pipe, valve, fittings (PVF) and more to the oil and gas, petrochemical, power and other industrial industries. Poarch and Swinbank’s long-standing experience in the market – growing and operating over 30 service-oriented businesses in their 39 years as partners – will guide A&B to continue to meet and exceed customer expectations.

A&B Valve and Piping Systems will continue to operate under the same name moving forward, with daily operations directed by Bruce Bilger, Gideon Hixon and James Spearman.
